Warranty

Panel Built, Inc. warrants the mezzanine system purchased from Panel Built for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. This includes all materials and freight to rectify any product defects. Panel Built further warrants the Panel Built mezzanine system for a period of five (5) years against structural defects or system breakdown under normal wear and tear conditions. All mezzanines must be installed in accordance with Panel Built installation instructions, drawings and specifications. Unauthorized modifications may void this warranty. The factory must be consulted before any modifications are made. Panel Built does not warrant any application for a particular environment unless specifically addressed and approved in advance and in writing by Panel Built. Any back charges must be pre-approved in writing.
