  • How do you recharge / what is your favorite hobby?
By playing some kind of sport…weird, huh?! Right now I am really big into tennis.
  • If you really knew me, you’d know _________.
I am a happy, positive person. The eternal optimist.
  • What characteristic do you most admire in others?
The ability to see the big picture. By that I mean, while many people tend to not see beyond a particular moment, day, week, or even month, that someone who does stuff with a sense of “is what I’m doing not the best course of action to set me up for success, not just now, but later on too?”
  • If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I would have to say my mother’s jerk pork and rice and beans meal.
  • What was your first car?
An old beat-up 1980 blue Honda Prelude.
  • Are you married? Kids? Tell us about them!
Separated, going through a divorce – LADIES!!! Lol – I have 3 kids: a girl and 2 boys. RJ, my eldest, will be a sophomore. He plays football, basketball and baseball for the high school, but most of all, he always maintains excellent grades. My Aubrie is the sweetest little girl. Little Preston…let’s just say he is a work in progress lol. They mean the world to me.
  • Where did you grow up?
Ensom City, a small community on the outskirt of Spanish Town in Jamaica.
  • What motivates you to work hard?
Generally I try to live life to the fullest. Play hard, work hard. It goes back to that question of what characteristic I most admire in others. Panel Built possesses that quality, seeing the big picture, and doing things to set us up for success. Not only now, but down the road as well. I am happy and grateful to be a part of it.
  • What departments have you worked in at PBI?
    Materials Department.
  • How long have you been at PBI?
    A little over 3 years.
  • What is your favorite PBI memory?
I always look forward to the bowling party where I crushed everyone and hoist that trophy over my head! Lol just kidding! You guys know where I usually finish (close to last place). Lord knows I am not a bowler, but it is lots of fun!
  • What is the best part of working at PBI?
The family atmosphere, not just with the Panel Built family, but in your own family. In the event of a family emergency, they are supportive and will allow you to take the time you need.
