920 Sq. Ft. Modular Inplant Office

Challenge

Advanced Digital Cable needed additional office space to support growth at its Blairsville, Georgia manufacturing facility. The company wanted a clean, climate-controlled workspace inside the existing plant without the time and disruption of a traditional buildout. The new office also had to work around existing sprinkler lines and remain protected from equipment traffic on the production floor.

Solution

Panel Built designed and installed a 920 square foot modular inplant office with a 40' x 23' footprint. The office was configured around the facility's existing conditions, allowing sprinkler lines to remain in place while giving ADC the enclosed workspace it needed. Five tempered picture windows provide visibility into the surrounding plant, while a half-glass personnel door and double door provide convenient access.

The office also includes electrical wiring and two 220V HVAC units for a comfortable working environment. Because the structure sits within an active manufacturing area, Panel Built installed performance yellow double-rail barrier rail along the exposed sides to help protect the office from nearby equipment traffic.
