Campus Security Booth | Union County Elementary School
Challenge
Union County Elementary School needed a way to better control vehicle and visitor access at its campus entrance. School personnel wanted a dedicated space where officers could monitor who was entering and leaving throughout the day without interfering with traffic flow. The structure also needed to fit into the entrance of the recently built school and complement the surrounding campus.
Solution
Panel Built provided a compact prefabricated security booth positioned directly alongside the campus entry lane. Large windows on multiple sides give personnel a clear view of approaching vehicles and visitors while providing an enclosed workspace for monitoring access to the school.
The booth was prefabricated before arriving on site, reducing the amount of construction required at the school. Panel Built originally supplied the structure with a white exterior, and brick cladding was later added to coordinate with the architecture of the elementary school. This allowed the school to change the booth's exterior appearance after installation while retaining the original prefabricated structure.

Conclusion
The completed security booth gives Union County Elementary School a dedicated checkpoint for monitoring daily campus access. Its location at the entrance allows school police to see who is coming and going while maintaining the flow of vehicles onto the property. The brick exterior also shows how a prefabricated booth can be modified after installation to better fit its surroundings.
