Challenge:
The client wanted a fun, engaging way to spotlight their employee incentive program and keep motivation high. To bring their “Spin to Win” initiative to life, they envisioned a secure, attention-grabbing “prize vault” that would display reward items in full view while keeping them protected. The display needed to balance visibility, durability, and access control—serving both as a functional storage solution and a memorable centerpiece that would energize the workplace.

Solution:
To bring the client's vision to life, Panel Built engineered a custom 9′ × 9′ welded-steel prize vault featuring tempered glass walls, built-in shelving, integrated lighting, and a secure entry system. Designed in collaboration with Scottie Lee of Indoff, Inc., the display was as functional as it was fun, offering exciting peeks at the prizes while keeping them secure. The result was a vibrant focal point for the “Spin to Win” program.

Key Features:

  • 9′ × 9′ Steel Display Vault: A compact yet impactful footprint with clear lines of sight from all angles, designed to fit seamlessly into an existing facility.

  • Tempered Glass Walls with Framed Panels: Each side features three ¼″ tempered glass panels stacked vertically to create a 7′ tall display enclosure, maximizing visibility.

  • Steel Tube Door Frame with Custom Handle: Secure door mounted to a dedicated steel frame with a 5″ anchor tab for stability, featuring a turnstile-style handle that complements the vault’s playful, game-like theme.

  • 9 Glass Display Shelves: Interior shelves, each 12″ deep, provide ample space for organizing and showcasing reward items.

  • Integrated LED Strip Lighting: Clean, bright illumination powered by internal duplex outlets helps highlight prizes while maintaining a polished, retail-style display.

  • Keypad Entry System: Provides controlled access to the vault, ensuring prizes remain secure while the contents remain visible and enticing to staff.

Conclusion:
Panel Built’s prize vault solution combined modular construction expertise with custom design to deliver a secure, engaging reward center. By incorporating durable materials, precise engineering, and thoughtful design elements, the project successfully transformed a basic incentive program into a physical and motivational showpiece. The final installation reflects how modular systems can be used for more than just office or industrial needs—they can also spark enthusiasm and enhance workplace culture.
