4,292 sq. ft. Equipment Enclosure

Stein Service & Supply partnered with Panel Built, Inc. to design and manufacture a large modular enclosure for their customer in Charlotte, NC. The project was developed to house essential machinery within their warehouse, providing a clean, controlled space that ensures protection, accessibility, and long-term durability.

The new enclosure measures 4,292 square feet and stands at 17 feet, 2 inches tall, featuring both 9’ and 17’ wall sections for varied equipment heights. Constructed with 3-inch-thick FRP and gypsum wall panels in a bright white finish, the structure offers durability and easy maintenance in an active industrial environment. The 22-gauge steel B-deck roof supports lighting, ceiling components, and HVAC systems for reliable overhead performance.

The layout includes multiple 8’ x 12’ roll-up doors for equipment access, tempered glass windows for visibility, and a full electrical setup designed by Panel Built. Built for durability and everyday industrial use, the structure provides a safe, functional space for housing machinery.
