Two Story Modular Office with Storage Deck

June's Project of the Month winner is this two-story modular office system delivered through Hal Watts and G&W Equipment, Inc. The multi-level system provides their customer with 312 square feet of brand new office space, with the building reaching an overall nominal height of over 17 feet!  

Further, the structure uses a variety of Panel Built products to provide the perfect space for their end customer. The second-story office includes an open deck area, providing additional storage space for the warehouse, including a lift-out gate for the convenient on-loading and off-loading of materials. In the future, the storage area can be converted into additional office space if their space needs change in the future.
