Panel Built Parking Attendant Booths are designed to be quickly and easily installed at your facility. Our standard options include a through-wall HVAC system to help keep your attendants cool and comfortable whether you are operating out of Las Vegas or New York City. Additionally, Panel Built parking booths include an interior mounted counter top to act as a workstation for your employee while they are inside the booth. The booth is completely pre-wired for electric, including interior LED lights, a load center, power outlets, and data drops.

However, we offer a variety of aesthetic offerings to help create an attendant booth that blends into the rest of your business. Custom colors, faux sidings (brick, stone, etc.), roof designs, fascias, and more. Panel Built's modular building system is highly adaptable, allowing them to seamlessly blend into commercial, educational, entertainment, and government facilities.
