Ballistic Doors | NIJ, UL-752, & STANAG Ballistic Rated Doors
Panel Built ballistic-rated doors are designed to offer top-of-the-line bullet resistance and forced entry protection. As a provider for high threat-level military and government projects, Panel Built fabricates our ballistic doors to strict, standardized UL-752, NIJ, & STANAG bullet resistance levels. Panel Built ballistic doors can be manufactured to all levels of these ballistic standards (see below for chart).
Custom Ballistic Rated Door Options & Configurations
Panel Built's basic ballistic door option is our single man swing door, available in right & left-hand swings and a picture window in the upper half. Both door and window are fabricated to the same ballistic level—various window designs available, including half-glass, full-glass, vision window, and solid steel options. Sliding doors are available with sliding track system.
Ballistic door systems include heavy-duty hardware, including hinges, locks, door strikes, and closers. Doors can be outfitted with custom access control features, including multi-bolt locking mechanisms, number pad entry systems, keyfobs, biometric scanners, card readers, etc. Panic push bars are available for egress and emergency exit doors.
