Modular Walk-In Cooler

Vincent’s Coppertop partnered with Panel Built to design and manufacture a custom modular walk-in cooler for their restaurant. The project was developed to provide reliable, temperature-controlled storage while maintaining durability, cleanliness, and efficient installation within an active food service environment.

The walk-in cooler was constructed using insulated wall and roof panels and engineered to support a 60 PSF live roof load, ensuring long-term structural performance. With an overall height of 8’-6” and 8’-0” panel heights, the cooler delivers ample interior space for cold storage without compromising structural integrity.

Finished with a white Galvalume exterior, the cooler offers a clean, professional appearance well suited for restaurant applications. The modular design allowed the structure to be fabricated off-site for quality control and installed efficiently on location, minimizing disruption to restaurant operations.

By utilizing modular construction, Panel Built delivered a walk-in cooler solution that supports food safety requirements, streamlines installation, and provides Vincent’s Coppertop with a durable, long-lasting cold storage space designed for daily use.
