512 Sq Ft Mezzanine with Integrated In-Plant Office & Lab Space

Delivered through The Safety Source LLC and dealer representative J. Eastom, this project for Bravo Ordnance, a defense industry manufacturer in Texas, showcases a fully integrated approach to maximizing interior space within a manufacturing environment. By combining a custom mezzanine structure with enclosed modular office and lab spaces, the facility gained dedicated operational space without expanding its building footprint.

The freestanding mezzanine spans approximately 512 square feet and was engineered to support demanding industrial and lab use with a 125 PSF live load rating. Finished with durable ResinDek decking over steel construction, the elevated platform provides long-term performance while maintaining valuable open space below.

Together, the mezzanine and modular office systems created clearly defined work zones while preserving workflow throughout the facility. The enclosed spaces provided a more controlled environment for testing, technical work, and administrative functions directly within the production area.
