940 Square Foot Modular Office

When Advanced Digital Cable needed additional office space to support growth at its Blairsville, Georgia facility, speed and functionality were key. As a manufacturer of copper and aluminum wire and cable products, ADC needed a clean, enclosed workspace that could be added inside its existing operation without a lengthy traditional buildout.

Panel Built provided a 920-square-foot in-plant office designed to fit directly within ADC’s active manufacturing space. The office features a 40-foot by 23-foot interior footprint, 3-inch wall panels, five tempered picture windows, a half-glass personnel door, a double door, electrical wiring, and two 220V HVAC units.

The project was designed around the facility’s existing conditions, including sprinkler lines that needed to remain in place. This allowed ADC to add the office space they needed while keeping the new structure integrated with the layout of their current building.

Because the office is located inside an active plant environment, Panel Built also included performance yellow double-rail barrier rail around the exposed sides of the structure. The added protection helps separate the new workspace from nearby equipment traffic while keeping the office visible and accessible.

By using a modular in-plant office, ADC was able to add needed workspace directly inside its facility without the delays of a traditional construction project. The new office supports the company’s growth while providing a clean, protected, climate-controlled space for its team.
