512 Sq Ft Mezzanine with Integrated In-Plant Office

Delivered through The Safety Source LLC and dealer representative J. Eastom, this project for Bravo Ordnance in Cedar Creek, Texas showcases a fully integrated approach to maximizing interior space within a manufacturing environment. By combining a custom mezzanine structure with a modular in-plant office, the facility gains both elevated storage and dedicated workspace without expanding its footprint.

The freestanding mezzanine spans approximately 512 square feet and is designed to support demanding industrial use, with a 125 PSF live load and a durable ResinDek surface over steel decking. Positioned at a deck height of over 9 feet, the system maintains usable clearance below while creating valuable overhead space. The structure features OSHA-compliant guardrails and an IBC-compliant stair system, providing safe and efficient access between levels.

Paired with the mezzanine, the in-plant office delivers a clean, enclosed environment for administrative or supervisory functions directly within the production floor. Together, these two systems work as a cohesive solution, improving workflow, organization, and visibility across operations. This project highlights how Panel Built can deliver multiple modular solutions within a single facility, creating efficient, scalable environments tailored to the customer’s needs.
